Stands for Republika ng Pilipinas. If translated in English, the words will say, Republic of the Philippines. PNOY is really a Filipino word "pinoy." Almost every Filipino refer to themselves as "pinoy." its like another term for the word Filipino.

The alliance played at Earth 3, Age 5. Started by Superiori of Heova, at the middle of the game. The alliance grew to 9 members, and still standing strong. They allied with GML, AL, and "RD" to help destroy ARM. PNOY helped GML clean up ARM bases in China, India, and in the Philippines. To the end of the Round the alliance reached rank 19. The final rank was 28. Not bad.

Aftermath

After Havoc in Earth 3, at Age 5, the alliance never saw each other again. Superiori of Earth 3 is still looking for the past members. Right now the ex-leader of PNOY is now with ARMR(Armenian's Revenge) or Rev(Rev Empire) Joined the ARM's side. The co-leader KapitanMEDDY was spotted playing on Earth 6 with U3MC.
