The Council Alliance
The Council Alliance (TCA) is an alliance focused on the well being of it's members and allies. TCA is located in Spain, Europe and North Africa.
About the Council
TCA was founded in the early months of 2007 for the browser based game Lunar Wars. Since then it has undergone an election to it's current government, taken part in several wars across multiple games, and has become a very prosperous alliance.
