Joining
USMC is an organized alliance generally accepts anyone who is active. However, a competent personality determined by a few messages back an forth is a must. A score of 3 or above is manditory. Being conquered doesn`t necessarily disqualify you, but it is preferred that you aren`t. Relocating isn`t required, only favored.
