Following on from my/our first earth success achieving Rank 11 as an alliance and myself Ranking 25th, i decided that i would bring back WILS for the second round in E-4 ...

A new place was sought and we settled in the Carribean, most of the members returned, but i appointed new ones aswell, which turned out to be excellent... WILS is still a member of the NAF, but this round is different =]
